On behalf of the mothers living in MainSpring Coalition for the Homeless shelters, thank you for your generous donation of 13 Mother's Day bags. Through your thoughtfulness and generosity, these women had a special Mother's Day.
In MainSpring's family program, our trained staff provides an array of support services for the 65 families living in shelter. We lead classes to teach parents financial literacy, computer skills, and parenting techniques. Through this support, parents gain the education, skills and confidence they need to forge a path out of homelessness.
Please know that your kid gesture was very much appreciated by the women who received a Mother's Day gift.
