The Parish Center at Holy Cross Parish is available for meetings and celebrations of all sorts.  It provides ample space for large and small groups, kitchen facilities, and all the accommodations needed to host corporate or private events including:  Business Meetings, Banquets, Showers, Family Celebrations, Rehearsal Dinners, Presentations and Award Ceremonies, and Craft Shows.

 

The Great Room

  • Bright, spacious, open room for larger functions
  • Accommodates up to 150 guests seated at round tables, up to 250 seated auditorium style
  • Doors lead to private, outdoor patio area
  • Podium, built-in sound and projection systems

Conference Rooms

  • Up to 3 double and 6 single rooms available
  • Double room accommodates up to 35 guests seated at tables
  • Single room accommodates up to 15 guests

Pricing

Great Room:

$300 for 5 hours; parishioner discount available

 

Conference Rooms:

Single: $75

Double: $150

 

Facilities Coordinator Fee and Security Deposit normally apply to functions in the parish center. 

 

Terms:

50% deposit when making reservation.
Balance due one week before the event.

 

The parish property is a non-smoking facility with plenty of free parking, and is wheelchair accessible.
